It’s so nice to meet you! As a pelvic and certified obstetrics physical therapist and Pilates instructor for over 20 years, I’ve witnessed how profoundly a woman’s body endures, adapts, and emerges through the breathtaking transformation into motherhood.
My mission is to reimagine how we think about, care for, and support our new mothers. Whether it’s been weeks, months or years, motherhood demands incredible postural strength and stability, pain-free movements and confidence not just in how we look but how we function from the inside out.
I’m here to redefine maternal health, one mother at a time.
