FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What type of clients do you work with?

I mostly work with adults who are having difficulty walking, moving or participating in activities they enjoy. I have also worked with professional athletes, people with chronic pain, seniors with a risk of falling, stroke survivors and others with long-term medical conditions who want to improve their physical abilities. Since I’m not able to help every condition, it’s best to come in for a personal consultation so we can discuss your specific issues.

What does a session look like?

Each 60-minute session is geared towards your personal goals. The intensity and progress depend on what you can tolerate in each session. The goal is never to go “harder and faster” but rather to aim for “stable and controlled” so that movement begins to feel light and effortless again.

Do you accept medical insurance?

Yes, I contract with a concierge physical therapy group who accepts most insurance.

How long does it take to see results?

While everyone is different, my experience is you should notice meaningful results within 5-8 training sessions. Results depend on how effectively I can help you understand your body and how effectively you can integrate this knowledge into your daily life.

Where are you located?

I come to your home or out of different training centers depending on the equipment I think you might need.
